When i look in my exchange console, i can see that there is 2264 elements in my mailbox but when i look in my Outlook it say only 147 items. There is no filters, no auto archiving. Hallo, After I newly installed outlook I had the same problem, and none of all the above solved it except your solution, which is as follow: file --> account settings --> account settings --> email tab --> change from the upper menu --> offline settings (mail to keep offline) is set to one month, move it to the right = all. I don't understand how would Microsoft set such an important parameter first to only one month, send it is absolutely hidden. I am using Outlook for over 10 years, yet I never had this problem before. This is absolutely not nice to set the default to one month. Wouldn't increasing this will also increase the size of pst/ost which would potentially cause disk space issues and take longer to sync etc? Does anyone know why when you click 'Find more on server' or 'More' (when results are returned but not what you are looking for) why the results are not displayed? I know the emails exist and can find them by going to the bottom of my inbox and clicking 'Click here to view more from Exchange' but when I do this on a search as mentioned I get no results.
